We are searching for a skilled and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Faro. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. Your main goal will be to ensure that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner that appeals to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute merchandising plans in collaboration with the sales team
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products in-store and online
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available at all times
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, promotions, and product placement
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards are being met
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and product knowledge
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising concepts, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis purposes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is an advantage

Salary: $1700 per month

This position does not include accommodation. However, we do offer free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket expenses for international candidates.
