As a Junior Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities and forums. Your main objective is to ensure that the community remains engaged, respectful, and follows the community guidelines. You will also be responsible for addressing any issues or concerns raised by community members in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online forums and communities to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Engage with community members to foster a positive and inclusive environment
- Address any reported issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain consistency in moderation practices
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and developments in the online community space

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues before they escalate
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online forum management would be an advantage

This is a full-time position based in Almada, Portugal. While previous experience as a moderator is not required, candidates must possess a strong understanding of online communities and possess the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
