Office Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Almada. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational aspects of the office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$. Applicants must have previous experience in an office management role and be able to work legally in Almada with visa sponsorship.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the office, including coordinating schedules, handling incoming calls and emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Create and maintain efficient filing systems and databases
- Prepare and review various documents such as reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Monitor budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate meetings and events, both internal and external
- Supervise administrative staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid work permit for Almada with visa sponsorship
