Entry-Level Equipment Operator


We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Equipment Operator in Svalbard. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience in this field to gain valuable on-the-job training and start a career as an equipment operator.

As an entry-level operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to perform various tasks related to construction, demolition, and landscaping projects. You will also assist with equipment maintenance and ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be physically fit to handle the demands of the job. While prior experience is not required, candidates with some mechanical aptitude or experience working with machinery will be given preference. Additionally, candidates must be able to work in outdoor environments and be comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
