We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Equipment Operator in Svalbard. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to assist in the construction and maintenance of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Monitor fuel levels and refill as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
