We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Svalbard, Norway. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure project deadlines are met
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Review and approve architectural designs and plans
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following design plans and specifications
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, new materials, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Excellent knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
- Proficient in project management software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Norway
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position without accommodation. However, we do offer visa sponsorship for non-Norwegian candidates.
