Waiter/Waitress



We are seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team in the beautiful city of Svalbard. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Present menus, take orders, and make recommendations when necessary
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
- Process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Assist with setting up and breaking down of tables
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Customer service oriented
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
$1500 per month with accommodation provided. Own visa required.
