Entry-Level Gardener

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Gardener to join our team in Svalbard. As an entry-level gardener, you will work under the supervision of experienced gardeners and assist in the maintenance and care of our gardens. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about gardening and eager to learn new skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in planting, watering, weeding, and pruning of plants
- Maintaining garden equipment and tools
- Performing general garden maintenance tasks such as mulching, fertilizing, and pest control
- Keeping garden areas clean and tidy
- Following safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but a passion for gardening is a must
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
