A reputable construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in the US. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete structures, including walls, floors, and sidewalks. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark designated areas for concrete placement
- Prepare the site by digging trenches or grading surfaces
- Set up forms to hold concrete in place using various tools and equipment
- Pour concrete into forms and smooth it using hand or power tools
- Apply finishes such as sealants or curing compounds to protect the surface of the concrete
- Monitor the curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Remove forms once the concrete has set and clean up any excess material

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role in construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specific instructions
- Knowledge of different types of concrete mixtures and their uses
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform strenuous tasks for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month, with potential for growth based on performance. Accommodation will be provided for non-local workers. Visa sponsorship is also available for eligible candidates.
