Restaurant Manager
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy restaurant located in the US. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual with a passion for food and customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage a team, and have a strong understanding of all aspects of restaurant management.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability
- Recruiting, training, and supervising staff members
- Creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health codes
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
Salary: $1500 per month (seasonal job)
