Handyman

A reputable company is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in the US. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our facilities are in good working condition. This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
- Repair and maintain building systems such as HVAC, lighting, and water systems
- Troubleshoot and fix equipment malfunctions
- Install appliances and fixtures
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous tasks
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
