Architecture Manager

We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Oslo. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from design to construction. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Thorough understanding of architectural design principles
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1400$ per month

This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Oslo. This is an urgent position so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
