Architecture Manager


Our architecture firm is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Oslo. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and managing a team of architects to ensure successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all architectural projects from conception to completion
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
- Prepare and present reports on project status to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with biometric passport technology is preferred
- Must be detail-oriented with strong project management skills

We offer a competitive salary package of $1700 per month for this full-time position.
