Moderator (Part-Time)



We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Moderator to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online forums and social media platforms to ensure that all content is appropriate, relevant, and in line with our company's policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online forums and social media platforms for inappropriate content
- Remove or edit any content that violates company policies or community guidelines
- Engage with users to maintain a positive and respectful online community
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate any issues as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement moderation strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online community management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience moderating online communities or forums
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their moderation tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy
- Experience with customer service is a plus
