Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other equipment according to safety protocols and manufacturer instructions
- Perform site surveys to determine the best location for solar panel installation
- Connect solar panels to electrical systems and ensure proper wiring and grounding
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation process
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience installing solar panels preferred
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and knowledge of local building codes
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
- Valid driver's license
