Architecture Manager



An Architecture Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects. They work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of architectural principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts
- Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings and specifications
- Review project progress against established plans and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, practices, and building codes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month. Accommodation will be provided in Os.
