Experienced Plasterer

We are in search of a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As an Experienced Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying and finishing plaster on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the field and must possess a strong attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and applying bonding agents
- Mix and apply plaster compounds using hand tools or mechanical equipment
- Smooth out and level the plaster using trowels and other tools
- Apply decorative finishes such as stucco or textured coatings
- Repair damaged plaster surfaces as needed
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Plasterer
- Proven ability to apply various types of plaster compounds with precision and efficiency
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have own basic tools for the job
