Restaurant Manager
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Bergen. You will lead and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations. Your main duties will include scheduling shifts, ordering supplies, managing inventory, and handling customer complaints. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
- Fluent in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work full-time with flexible hours
- Must be able to relocate to Bergen or already reside in the area
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
