We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As an Entry-Level Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience who is looking to gain hands-on experience in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1600 per month.
