Tester vacancy in Alta Norway

Entry Level Software Tester

We are hiring an Entry Level Software Tester to join our growing team in Alta, Norway. As a member of our software testing team, you will be responsible for conducting manual and automated tests to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated tests on software products
- Identify and document defects and issues
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Develop test plans and scenarios
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate test results to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with testing techniques and tools (e.g. Selenium, JMeter)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus)
- Prior experience in software testing is not required but preferred
