Architectural Technologist

Our architectural firm in Alta is seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with architects and engineers to develop and implement design plans for various construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design plans
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Conduct site visits to gather information for designs
- Work closely with contractors during construction phase to ensure plans are implemented correctly
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Strong knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience working on residential or commercial projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with 3D rendering software
