Facade Technician

As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of building facades in Monte-Carlo. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. While experience in facade work is preferred, we are open to freshers who are eager to learn and have basic knowledge of construction and building materials. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the job.

In this role, you will be tasked with conducting regular inspections of building facades to identify any damage or potential hazards. You will then need to repair or replace damaged components using appropriate tools and techniques. Additionally, you may also be involved in the installation of new facades on buildings under construction.

To be successful in this position, you should have a good understanding of construction materials and methods, particularly those used in facade work. You should also have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work at heights.

As this is a part-time position, you will need to have good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. This role may require some physical labor so a reasonable level of physical fitness is necessary.
