Solar Installer

We are hiring a skilled Solar Installer to join our growing team in Monte-Carlo. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in solar installation.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to industry standards
- Conduct site assessments and determine the most efficient placement of panels
- Ensure all work is completed safely and meets building codes
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation
- Maintain accurate records of installations, including photos and notes
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in solar installation
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus)
- Must have own tools (company will provide specialized equipment)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 USD per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required depending on project deadlines.
