Office Manager
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office, including administrative tasks, budgeting, and staff supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all office operations, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and in good working condition
- Manage budget and expenses for the office, including tracking invoices and processing payments
- Supervise administrative staff to ensure that tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with HR duties such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed
- Act as a liaison between the office and external vendors or clients
- Develop and maintain filing systems to ensure efficient organization of documents and records
- Handle any other ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative or managerial role preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
Accommodation:
We can provide accommodation for candidates who do not have their own housing arrangements. The cost of accommodation will be deducted from the monthly salary.
