Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on our online platform
- Enforce community guidelines and policies
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate any issues to the appropriate team members
- Proactively identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the team to improve the user experience on the platform

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a moderator or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
- Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team

Salary:
This is a part-time position with an hourly rate of 1400$.
