Job Title: Seasonal Restaurant Manager in La Condamine
As a Seasonal Restaurant Manager in La Condamine, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant during the busy tourist season. Your main duties will include managing and supervising staff, ensuring quality customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
We are looking for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager is not required, but preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include creating schedules for staff, monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed, handling customer complaints or issues, and ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed. You will also be responsible for training new employees and providing ongoing support to ensure their success.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You should also have a strong understanding of food handling procedures and be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
