Junior Barber


We are hiring a Junior Barber to join our team at our modern and trendy barbershop in La-Condamine. As a Junior Barber, you will assist senior barbers in providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients. This is a full-time position, perfect for students looking to gain hands-on experience in the barbering industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional attitude
- Consult with clients on their desired haircut or grooming service
- Assist senior barbers in providing haircuts, beard trims, and other grooming services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools
- Handle cash transactions and book appointments using our salon software
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques through training sessions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a barber or hairstylist (apprenticeship experience will be considered)
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients of all ages and backgrounds
- Knowledge of different hair types, styles, tools, and products used in barbering
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings
- Must have valid work permit or citizenship in La-Condamine

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
