Architecture Manager


We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Fonvieille. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This role requires a high level of expertise in both technical and management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement architectural strategies, plans, and policies
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Review and approve architectural designs, plans, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications
- Oversee the selection of materials, equipment, and contractors for construction projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architecture technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect or Architecture Manager
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from conception to completion
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Experience working with biometric passports is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
