Junior Web Designer

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers and developers to create website designs that align with client requirements
- Use HTML, CSS, and other web design languages to bring website designs to life
- Optimize website layouts for maximum usability and functionality
- Conduct regular website maintenance and updates
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree in web design preferred)
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design languages
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, Drupal)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience or internships in web design or related field
- Experience working with responsive design principles for mobile optimization
- Understanding of SEO principles for website optimization
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices
