Teamlead Supervisor


We are a global company based in Herning, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead Supervisor to join our team. As the Teamlead Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective operations. Your role will involve providing guidance, support, and coaching to team members, as well as monitoring their performance and providing regular feedback. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in team management. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month, along with free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure smooth operation
- Provide support, guidance, and coaching to team members
- Monitor and evaluate team performance
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Handle any issues or conflicts within the team in a professional manner
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record in managing teams effectively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
