Architecture Manager



We are searching for a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process from conception to completion
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals
- Review designs and drawings for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Ensure projects are completed within budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month.

Employment Type:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
