Personal Trainer



As a personal trainer, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one fitness instruction and coaching to clients in the city of Herning. Your main goal will be to help clients achieve their fitness and health goals through customized workout plans, proper form and technique, and motivation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and consultations with new clients to determine their fitness level, goals, and any potential limitations or injuries
- Develop individualized workout plans based on client's needs, preferences, and abilities
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for various exercises and equipment to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey by providing encouragement, accountability, and feedback
- Track client progress through regular check-ins, measurements, and assessments
- Continuously educate yourself on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and research to provide the best service for your clients
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for yourself and your clients

Requirements:
- Certified personal trainer with at least 2 years of experience in the field (experience working with students is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, nutrition, and injury prevention/rehabilitation
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain exercises and motivate clients
- Ability to adapt workout plans for different fitness levels (beginner to advanced) and any physical limitations or injuries
- Passionate about health and fitness with a desire to help others improve their overall well-being
- Fluent in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)

Salary:
Starting salary of 1500$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
