Courier Supervisor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Courier Supervisor to oversee our courier operations in the city of Herning, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in courier services, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise the daily operations of our courier team, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups
- Assign routes and schedules for couriers based on workload and specific customer requests
- Train new couriers on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any incidents or delays
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery times, changes or issues with their shipments
- Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and equipped for safe transport of packages
- Monitor inventory levels of shipping supplies and place orders as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or transportation management is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a courier or delivery service; previous supervisory experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary: 1800$ per month without accommodation. Visa sponsorship is available for non-EU citizens. We welcome applications from all genders.
