Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Herning. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in office management and possess strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office schedules and calendars
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered when necessary
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office management or related field
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations or challenges
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
