Locksmith Technician



We are hiring a skilled and reliable Locksmith Technician to join our team in Faroe-Islands. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of locks as well as providing emergency lockout services. You will also be responsible for cutting keys, changing lock combinations, and creating master key systems. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience as a locksmith. A valid locksmith license is preferred. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month and accommodation provided.

As a Locksmith Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Installing new locks on doors, windows, and safes
- Repairing damaged or malfunctioning locks
- Maintaining and servicing existing locks
- Providing lockout services for residential and commercial properties
- Cutting keys and creating master key systems
- Changing lock combinations
- Evaluating security needs for clients and recommending appropriate solutions

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a locksmith
- Knowledge of different types of locks and their functions
- Proficiency in using locksmith tools such as lock picks, key cutters, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid locksmith license (preferred)
