Merchandiser

We are seeking a talented and driven Merchandiser to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability for our products. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop effective merchandising plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer behavior and trends, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies across all channels
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective merchandising plans
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure product placement is aligned with brand standards
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment
- Create visual displays that attract customers and showcase products effectively
- Negotiate with vendors for favorable pricing on products
- Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities and pricing strategies
- Prepare monthly sales reports and provide insights on performance against targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising or related field
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must have own visa status in Faroe-Islands

Salary: $1500 per month
