As our Carpenter Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of carpentry work on construction projects. You will lead a team of carpenters and ensure that all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and according to project plans and specifications. Your attention to detail and ability to problem solve will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and schedule carpentry work on construction projects
- Supervise and lead a team of carpenters to ensure quality workmanship
- Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine materials required and project layout
- Build structures such as walls, floors, roofs, stairs, and framing using various materials
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Install windows, doors, cabinets, trim work, and other finishings
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Communicate with project managers regarding progress updates and any issues that may arise
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times on the job site

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Proven experience in leading a team of carpenters on construction projects
- Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project plans accurately
- Strong mathematical skills for measuring materials and calculating dimensions
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills for working as part of a team or providing updates to project managers

Salary: $1800 per month with additional benefits including accommodation.
Location: Faroe Islands (visa sponsorship available if needed)
