Sous Chef
As a Sous Chef, you will work alongside our Head Chef to assist in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our kitchen. This position requires excellent leadership skills, culinary expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Head Chef to create menus and recipes
- Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff
- Ensure high-quality food is consistently being produced
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in developing new dishes and staying up-to-date on culinary trends
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns regarding food quality or service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail and creativity in menu development
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide opportunities for growth within our company.
