Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Aarhus. Your main duties will include planning, organizing, and coordinating all phases of the construction process, from budgeting and scheduling to on-site supervision and quality control. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety protocols, and other regulations
- Communicate project updates to clients or other stakeholders as needed
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the construction process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with budgeting and scheduling software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
