Office Assistant
We are in need of a skilled and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Aarhus. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations within the office.
Your main duties will include maintaining office supplies, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. You will also be responsible for filing and updating documents, as well as managing incoming and outgoing mail.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 1 year of experience working in an office environment. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
This position offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month and is open to all genders. Candidates must have their own visa and accommodation arrangements.
