We are a property management company in Aarhus seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in general maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities will include but not limited to, basic electrical and plumbing repairs, painting, and carpentry work. Must be able to work independently, have good time management skills, and excellent attention to detail.

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for ensuring that all properties under our management are well-maintained and in good condition. You will be expected to perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, repairing broken appliances, and patching walls.

In addition to basic handyman skills, we are looking for someone who is also proficient in basic electrical and plumbing work. Experience with painting and carpentry is also highly preferred.

You must be able to work independently without supervision, prioritize tasks effectively, and have excellent attention to detail. Good communication skills are also essential as you will be interacting with tenants on a regular basis.

This is an urgent position so we require someone who can start immediately. We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month with visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens if needed.
