Office Assistant
Aalborg-based company is seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Performing data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
