Office Assistant
Location: Aalborg, Denmark
We are in search of a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Aalborg. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Perform general administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Update and maintain company databases and records
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the office
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in office processes and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1400 per month.
Visa & Ticket:
This position is open to all nationalities. The company will provide free visa sponsorship for the selected candidate. However, please note that the cost for travel expenses including ticket fees will not be covered by the company.
