Information Technology Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to join our growing team in Esbjerg. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and ensuring that it supports our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested
- Manage IT budget and expenses, negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into the company's operations
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software issues
- Train employees on new technologies or software as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of information security principles and practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Esbjerg (accommodation provided if needed)
