Construction Project Manager


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Horsens. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Oversee all construction activities on site and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control standards are met
- Manage project budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or changes in project scope

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction management preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 is a plus
