We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform data entry, file management, and record keeping
- Assist with creating reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be able to legally work in Denmark without visa sponsorship
