Office Assistant
We are currently hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Horsens. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate for this position is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$. This job does not provide accommodation and is suitable for individuals with their own visa.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Perform data entry, scanning, copying, and other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners)
- Fluency in Danish (written and verbal)
