Mason Supervisor

As a Mason Supervisor, you will oversee and direct a team of masons to ensure the timely and efficient completion of masonry projects in the city of Horsens. Your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating the daily activities of the masons, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, monitoring progress and quality of work, and providing guidance and support to team members.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a mason in construction projects
- Proven experience in supervising a team
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor conditions and lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons and delegate tasks accordingly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites
- Provide guidance and training to team members as needed
