Courier Supervisor

We are hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Courier Supervisor to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As the Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our courier services. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of couriers to ensure timely delivery of packages
- Assign routes and schedules for couriers based on delivery demand
- Monitor courier performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Train new couriers on company policies and procedures
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed by couriers while on the road
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking numbers and proof of delivery

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a courier or in a supervisory role in the logistics industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using GPS navigation systems and route planning software
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
