Office Manager
The office manager will oversee all administrative and operational tasks within our company's office in Horsens. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing files. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently. Previous experience in an office management role is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office operations by organizing procedures, handling correspondence, and managing supplies
- Oversee schedules and appointments for management and staff
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making travel arrangements when necessary
- Respond to inquiries from clients or employees in a timely manner
- Ensure all incoming mail is properly distributed to the appropriate parties
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Train new employees on office procedures and policies
- Monitor office budget and track expenses
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
Salary: 1300$ per month
Location: Horsens (no accommodation provided)
